Hi All,
For anyone making scenarios for the default routes and finding they need an extra marker or two to make things work smoother, nows your chance to get it in and distributed to all users via Upgrade Mk2.
Please provide:
- Route Name
- Lat / Lon Co-Ordinate
- A suggested length if you think it will help

Hi Guys,
Cheers for the requests.
I have done by best to implement as much as I could. Sadly I was not permitted to add the Heathrow Junction as much as I wanted to. I have also done my best to implement the split Bath Station markers, although I only added and adjusted. I did not remove or rename anything in order to prevent breaking any existing scenarios.
This thread is now locked as all trackwork for Mk2 has been completed.

Hi Adam Bath terminus, is it
Hi Adam
Bath terminus, is it possible to split the platform roads?
The main reason is for station pilot working, ideally they would be split.
inner......Buffer stops + 1 loco length
Main.......Exactly a multiple of coach lengths say 8? butted right up to the inner marker
Outer...... From main to just short of the signal
I presume each section would also have to be protected by a signal (invisible or shunt )

Another marker request
Another marker request Adam.
Route: O to P
Lat/long: 51.50461/-0.48965
Siding markers there for the freight terminal there which is called Thorney Mill.
Also could most lines be made Main Line please as I said in my e-mail about the H to S route. The current situation restricts special operations on freight-only or passenger-only designated lines.
Thanks!
Hi Adam Could I request
Hi Adam
Could I request additional markers to be placed on the Bath To Templecombe route at the co-op dairy sidings leaving Bath, sorry I don't have the lat/long figures my pc that runs RailSim has gone pop :( but if you follow the S&D line out of Bath its the first siding on the left after you've passed under the road bridge but before combe down tunnel you can't miss it.

One request, can all markers
One request, can all markers be made sure to not overlap a main signal so to avoid pathing difficulties and paths getting locked due to a train travelling too far down a loop and occupying the signalling section back onto the mainline. I think Adam may already have this sorted though :).
Hi Adam
Hi Adam
Here is my list of requests
Oxford-Paddington Route
• A marker on every track of the mainline between mile post 0 and 2, every .5 miles. Named '0.5 UM' '1.0 DM' '1.5 UR' '2.0 DR' etc, Destination Marker, 1 meter will do the job.
• A marker on the line with the coal unloading on it at LAT 51.50282 LONG -0.41032. Name you can choose this one, Siding Marker, Marker the length of the siding.
• A marker at LAT 51.51172 LONG -0.59892. Named 'Windsor & Eton Central', Portal Marker, to be able to be used on both tracks
• A marker at Reading station on the line between Reading 4 and Reading 5. Named 'Reading Through', Destination Marker, 1 meter will do the job.
• A marker on each of the Didcot Bypass lines around LAT 51.61189, LONG -1.24155. Named 'Didcot Down Bypass' and 'Didcot Up Bypass', Destination Marker, 1 meter will do the job.
• A marker on the siding at LAT 51.61650 LONG -1.26000. Named 'Didcot Power Siding', Siding Marker, Marker the length of the siding.
• Underground Stations at Ealing Broadway and Royal Oak. Would it be possible to add Platform markers to the station platforms so we can at the very least run services along the lines to make them a bit more alive with traffic.
• A marker at LAT 51.50872 LONG -0.28623. Named 'Ealing Common', Portal Marker
I know that this topic is meant to be just for route markers, but there are a couple of other things that I would like to be changed throughout all the uses on the Oxford-Paddington route to enable some of my scenarios to be produced.
• Line between the crossover points and the siding line to the Appleford container yard, would it be possible to change the line direction there to go from being one direction to 2 directions so that trains can leave the container yard and head to Didcot.
• Around LAT 51.50516 LONG -0.43924, would it be possible to have a double line come off to the left of the main line (when facing reading) with a portal named 'Heathrow Airport'. The Line does not have to be that long, but will require overhead electrical cables. This would enable me to have the Heathrow Express and the Heathrow Connect service in scenarios that I'm going to build without them just being parked at Hayes and Harlington station while waiting for their next trip. There would also be the need for a crossover between the Main lines and the Relief lines to enable the Heathrow Connect services to use the Relief lines. (Can just be a continuation of the cross over just outside of Hayes and Harlington). (I know that people may complain if it’s not accurate, but for me, having an inaccurate junction being there, rather than no junction at all, I would find that more useful.)
• Fuelling points. As far as I can see, there are no fuelling points on the oxford to Paddington line that will fill diesel engines. At Southall there are 2 sidings labelled as fuel but without the pumps. So would it be possible to add fuelling stations at Southall, Old Oak Common and possible 1 at Didcot Parkway yard. Obviously these would then require markers so that they can be used in a Scenario.
• Hammersmith and City line. Currently the line direction from Royal Oak to Hammersmith is 1 directional but is 1 directional in the same direction. Would it be possible to change this so it is 1 directional with one going one way and one going the other way.
• Can you put a crossover at LAT 51.46003 LONG -0.98286 from the line from READING 1, 2, & 3 to the line which the Reading TMD comes off of.
Isle of White
This is an EXCELLENT route however there is just one request for this route.
• A Marker at LAT 50.72129 LONG -1.15947. Name you can choose this one, Siding Marker, Marker the length of the siding.
Thank you very much for given us this opportunity and thank you in advanced for any of these items that you can implement into the MK2 Upgrade
Regards
Nath
