ICE-3

At long last came across this web site thanks to Michal Tucek pointing me to the Czech RS web site which featured it and mentioning it in another thread led to this:
http://railsim.banal.net/catalog/catalog.html
and below it is.

Excellent response, sounds and even has audio in the driver cab, alas in German which I speak. :-)

Have not yet checked out all of it, such as opening doors, perhaps with sound ? Reminds me a lot of the MSTS Freeware one I am using for the WUPPER-EXPRESS, it could be a copy of, created by the same artist ?

ICE-3

I have e-mailed Swen asking why the ICE-3-403 pantos only rise in the HAGEN-SIEGEN route and not in the PADD-OX route, although it is running o.k., but had no reply as yet. Could you please ask him as you seem to be in contact him, featuring it on your web site ?

In the meantime I shall use the HAGEN tracks in a fantasy high-speed trains route I am planning to work on, having modified their rails and trackbed textures with my RS-Tracks-Changer and am thinking about creating a new specific for it track rule, learning something else new. :-)

But until RSDL fix the auto-placing height of overhead wire support gantries and others, which with the exception of the single track mast do not line up their support arms/wires with the overhead wire, I am putting serious developments on hold, the new Denmark 2000 route providing plenty to mess with until then.

Below are their default placements.

P.S.: RSDL are not blowing their tops getting constructive feedback about what needs to be looked into ! :-)
