Screenshot Competition Winners
First of all, a big thank you to everyone who entered our screenshot competition. We had a fantastic response and the overall quality was excellent, which goes to show what a talented bunch the Rail Simulator community are!
The competition is now closed and this morning the whole RSDL team gathered over coffee and biscuits to decide who made the final cut. Congratulations to all the prize winners!
The team loved the natural feel of this ES44 freight train crossing a bridge. The summer sun is beating down on a lush green forest and beautiful rocky river creating an almost photorealistic scene.
The five runner-up prizes go to:
- Charlie Wiseman – Stormy Welsh afternoon.
- Glen Tarrant – Autumn Ryde Pier sunset.
- Peter Bauer – Crossing the Wisconsin River in winter.
- Richard Fletcher – Trackside workers in autumn.
- Vlado Akmacic – Freight passing a dam in summer.

Vlado also sent us a grim desert scene which appealed to our darker sides and really did make us laugh. We felt it deserved a special mention, although it didn't strictly fit within the seasonal theme.
