Having seen them...
In that colour scheme I think it looks a bit like an E 10.3 without a pantograph, I guess I never really thought about the possibility of a 47 ever coming to Germany :-P

The netherlands
The Netherlands is between both countries so a lot is a combination of the two countries, just like our language:
Snow = English
Schnee = German
Sneeuw = Dutch :-D

While you're at it, you could try to fit the Class 47 in the Dutch NS livery, should be fun. By the way I wonder when the first Dutch route will become available ... I would much enjoy that !
