Steam offline mode
Using Train Simulator 2013 without a connection

While an internet connection is required to activate and download updates to Train Simulator 2013, it is not required all the time. To activate this mode, please click here for the Steam Support Page.
Backwards Compatibility
Working with Train Simulator 2013 addons

The Train Simulator 2013 Package Manager provides an Install Legacy Rail Simulator Addon facility which allows for the installation of purchased and protected Rail Simulator addons (DVD and Downloaded). To install a Rail Simulator Addon, click the Install Legacy Rail Simulator Addon button found in the Train Simulator 2013 Package Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
