I. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before installing this or any other software or patches, we always recommend taking a full backup.

INSTALLING UPGRADE MK1

If you have a European or North American installation without the RSDevTools:
Install Upgrade Mk1 to get a fully up to date copy of Rail Simulator.

RSDevTool Users
***************

If you have a European Installation and you have added the RSDevTools:
Install Upgrade Mk1 to get a fully up to date copy of Rail Simulator. This will also give you the latest version of RSDevTools. You will not need to install the latest RSDevTools seperately.

If you have a North American Installation and WISH to add the RSDevTools:
Install Upgrade Mk1 to get a fully up to date copy of Rail Simulator. Then go to www.railsimulator.com to download the latest RSDevTools.

II. NOTES ON COMPATIBILITY
==========================
If you are experiencing any issues installing Upgrade Mk1, such as "The installed version is not compatible" the reason for this is that the RailSim.exe file has changed from the one that was installed. In this instance we recommend uninstalling Rail Simulator, and then reinstalling it from the original setup files (On DVD or download from EA).

Notice: This game contains technology intended to prevent copying that may conflict with some DVD-ROM, DVD-RW and virtual drives.
